Step 1: Remove Existing Fittings
- Unscrew the Retainer Ring (E) from your pool wall return outlet.
- Remove the Eyeball Fitting and save it for later use.
Step 2: Install Wall Adapter (A)
- Insert the Wall Adapter (A) into the return outlet slot of the pool wall.
- Important: Use your existing Pool Wall Retainer Ring (E) (from Step 1) to secure the Wall Adapter (A) in place.
- Note: For a more secure and leak-free fit, it is recommended to apply Teflon tape between the Wall Adapter (A) and the Retainer Ring (E) before tightening.
Step 3: Attach Header Pipe (B)
- Insert the 90° elbow end of the Header Pipe (B) into the installed Wall Adapter (A).
- Begin by aligning the Header Pipe in the 10 o’clock position, then gently rotate to the 12 o’clock (upright) position.
Step 4: Install Sprayer Pipe (C)
- Insert the Sprayer Pipe (C) into the top opening of the Header Pipe (B).
- Ensure the spray holes are properly aligned so that water is directed into the pool.
Installation Tips:
- For optimal results, Run the pool filtration system at night time when the air is cooler.
- Install multiple pool coolers at each return jet for maximum cooling.
Removal:
1. Remove Sprayer Pipe
2. Remove Header Pipe
3. Remove Retainer Ring
4. Remove Wall Adapter
5. Re-Install Eyeball Fitting (Previously removed from your pool wall)
6. Re-Install Retainer Ring

Yes this pool cooler can be used in saltwater pools.
This will not interfere with any swimming areas, this pool cooler is easily made to be installed, or uninstalled with no tools.
We recommend that the pool coolers be installed and ran overnight for anywhere between 2-5 days to see significant change in pool temperature.
We recommend pool coolers be uninstalled and the regular pool return be re-installed to its original place.

Cant get ring fitting undone?
Use a strap wrench the one below to remove the ring on your pool return fitting
Is your header pipe not staying in place?
Apply Teflon tape at the joint that pops out due to excessive pressure. Alternatively, using PVC glue is a great way to keep the header pipe in place in case it slips off due to extra pressure.
Not getting enough pressure from your pool cooler?
If you are experiencing pressure loss from your pool cooler, the following methods may help.
1.Increasing the pressure on your water line for more flow through the pool cooler.
2.Use wall plug to block every other pool return in order to increase pressure for that pool cooler. (Pool Plug available here on our website)
Header pipe not staying upright
Wrap the Wall Adapter (A) collar with Teflon tape to form a tighter seal between the Wall Adapter (A) and Retainer ring (E)
