POOL COOLER INSTRUCTION 2025 MANUAL
Installation Instructions
Step 1. Remove Return Jet Pool Fittings:
Remove the Eye Ball by unscrewing the Retainer Ring.
No need to remove your existing Threaded Pool Wall Fitting.
Step 2.Attach Pool Cooler:
Suggested: Use your existing Pool Wall and Retainer Ring to avoid sizing issues.
Screw the Header Pipe into the Pool Wall Fitting.
Step 3. Position Header Pipe:
Align the top of the Header pipe at the 10 o'clock position.
Straighten the pipe to an upright position.
Hand tighten the Retainer Ring fully.
Step 4. Insert Sprayer Pipe:
Place the Sprayer Pipe into the top of the Header Pipe tightly by hand.
Align the Sprayer holes facing into the pool.
Removal Instructions
Unscrew Header Pipe:
Turn and pull the bottom bend of the header pipe.
Move the pipe back to the 10 o'clock position.
Tips for Best Results
Run the filtration system at night when the air is cooler.
Install multiple Pool Coolers at each return jet for maximum cooling.
Use a plug (sold here) to block open return jets for increased spray pattern.

The new style pool cooler is made to fit almost all traditional in ground pools, given that it has standard wall fittings.
Depending on the number of pool returns your pool has. We recommend the following

No, simply attach this to whatever pool return you are currently using and you should be fine
Installing the pool coolers overnight is a great way to guarantee an overall temperature change in the pool for that next day

Yes this pool cooler can be used in saltwater pools
This will not interfere with any swimming areas, this pool cooler is easily made to be installed, or uninstalled with no tools
We recommend that the pool coolers be installed and ran overnight for anywhere between 2-5 days to see significant change in pool temperature
We recommend pool coolers be uninstalled and the regular pool return be re-installed to its original place

Use a strap wrench the one below to remove the ring on your pool return fitting
Not getting enough pressure from your pool cooler?
If you are experiencing pressure loss from your pool cooler, the following methods may help.
- Increasing the pressure on your water line for more flow through the pool cooler.
2. Use wall plug to block every other pool return in order to increase pressure for that pool cooler. (Pool Plug available here on our website)
Is your header pipe not staying in place?
Using PVC glue is a great way to keep the header pipe in place in case it slips off due to pressure.
