Yes, generator is removable, mist pump and fan can be plugged directly to power source using extension cord. 30'' fan can shoot air up to 40ft in no-wind situation. Cooling results vary but can be up to 30degrees F. Unit an be used for any space that requires cooling. Many customers do use them to cool large warehouses. Mist unit can be placed further away from machinery to prevent immediate moisture. Most of the mist will evaporate after 10ft and only cool breeze will be circulated.
