Warranty Policy
MistCooling, Inc warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of time starting at the date of purchase:
Warranty coverage periods:
LIFETIME WARRANTY: Stainless Steel Mist Rings, Stainless Steel Tubing, and Stainless Steel Fittings
2 YEAR WARRANTY: Enclosed 250PSI pumps, Commercial Ac Pre-cooling Kits, All high-pressure nickel-plated brass fittings, , and Pool Coolers.
1 YEAR WARRANTY: All High-Pressure Mist Pumps - 1000PSI, 1500PSI, High-Velocity Mist Fans 14'', 18'', 24'' and 30'', Mosquito Control Systems, Odor Control Systems, Dust Control Systems, Timers and Controls, 200psi-250PSI (non-enclosed) mid pressure pumps, All Fan based portable units.
6 MONTH WARRANTY: Low-Pressure mist kits. All low and mid pressure push locks, and compression fittings and tubing. high-pressure nylon tubing
90 DAY WARRANTY: All other parts not listed in the section below.
What is not covered?
- The warranty does not cover physical damage or broken parts due to misuse of the system, shipping damages, drops, falls, or any other type of impact.
- The warranty does not cover damage to the system due to the growth of trees, floods, falling tree limbs, wildfires, volcanic eruptions, theft, lightning strikes, power surges, faulty electrical connections, internal/external water damage, actions of the customer, or actions of third parties.
- The warranty does not cover modifications to or replacement of any parts of the system required by changes in federal, state, or local laws, code, regulations, or ordinances.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetics, appearance, accident, fire, external freezing, hot water damage, overuse, misuse, misapplication, damages caused by failure to change oil at specified intervals (500 hours), or any other issues related to poor maintenance.
- This warranty does not extend to any products, which have been altered or modified after shipment from MistCooling Inc, nor does it apply to units that are returned in an unassembled condition.
- Seal wear on high-pressure pumps may be limited to 1000 hours or less. Improper system instalation can cause permature seal wear and void the warranty.
- The warranty does not cover damage to the pump when it is run dry.
- The warranty does not cover issues such as noise level, clogging of the nozzles, and leaks arising from the improper installation, as these are not considered defects.
- Nozzles and Filters are excluded from this warranty.
- If the system is not maintained by MistCooling, Inc., or if any person other than an authorized MistCooling, Inc., representative services, and/or modifies the system, the warranty will be void, and any repairs will be charged to the customer. This requirement may be waived if Mistcooling directly instructs the customer to perform troubleshooting or repairs. In such a case, all communication between the customer and Mistcooling will be documented and saved.
Our Obligation
MistCooling Inc.’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to replacing or repairing at MistCooling Inc’s discretion, any such product or part which must be returned to MistCooling Inc with a Return Authorization Number (RMA), transportation charges prepaid, and which upon examination, is found to MistCooling Inc’s satisfaction to have been defective under the terms of this warranty. No credit will be allowed against future purchases for items returned as defective under the terms of MistCooling Inc’s warranty.
Limited Warranty Clause
This is a Limited Warranty. It covers the product only, and the extent of the coverage is limited to the cost of the product itself. As the manufacturer has no control over shipping, handling, and improper installation. MistCooling, Inc is not liable for damages or any expenses incurred through the use of its products. The warranty will be considered violated if the products are used for other than the criteria described in each product‘s guidelines for use. This warranty is non-transferable.
Repair Services
The warranty applies to products and parts of products only. Labor charges may still apply for repairs or services performed by Mistcooling.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
Mistcooling reserves the right to request that items be shipped to us for inspection prior to warranty coverage. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and tracking the parts sent to mistcooling.com for warranty and repairs. Outbound shipping is covered by mistcooling.com subject to our shipping policy.
No Implied Warranties; Limitation of Liability
THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY HEREIN, IN NO EVENT SHALL MISTCOOLING INC BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF ITS PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL MISTCOOLING INC's MONETARY DAMAGES EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SYSTEM. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING MISTCOOLING INC'S PRICING REFLECTS THE ALLOCATION OF RISK AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. ANY CUSTOMER PURCHASING AND/OR USING MISTCOOING INC'S PRODUCTS HEREBY AGREES TO THE ABOVE TERMS.
Returns Policy
Mistcooling Inc. takes great pride in the quality of our products. We have a strict set of procedures that ensure every item shipped has received an inspection for proper operation and condition. If you have received a defective product, Mistcooling offers exchange and return options for our customers. This policy explains the terms and conditions for all returns or exchanges.
Notification Requirements
If you have received a product that is defective upon arrival, Mistcooling Inc must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the item(s). If you have received a broken parcel, please notify the delivery driver at the time of taking delivery. You may also file a claim directly to the shipping provider.
Troubleshooting Requirements
Please keep in mind that most concerns can be resolved with basic troubleshooting. We may ask you to perform troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the cause of the concern. Mistcooling will not authorize a return or exchange if troubleshooting support is refused by the customer.
Case-by-Case Requirements
Mistcooling Inc. will handle returns/exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Due to the seasonal nature of our products, our return requirements vary depending on the item in question.
We generally do not allow returns on the following items:
- Nozzles that have been used.
- Tubing that has been cut or used.
- Used “wear items” such as carbon brushes, pump seals, pump oil, filters, or similar items.
- Items physically damaged by abuse, misuse, or modification.
- Items for which we have no record of purchase.
Return/Exchange Timeframes
- Most products can be returned within 15 Days of the purchase date.
- Most products can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
- All sales are final after 30 days from the purchase date.
Return/Exchange process

We will then qualify your return and issue RMA#.
The following conditions apply after we qualify your return/exchange and issue RMA#:
- Returns/Exchanges cannot be made without an RMA # authorized by MISTCOOLING INC. All returned items must be in NEW, UN-USED CONDITION, UN-ASSEMBLED, and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- Any used items returned will not be refunded. Special orders or custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Freight should be pre-paid by the customer for all return shipments along with the RMA# and original Invoice/Packing Slip.
- Items must be properly packaged to reduce the possibility of damage during the return process.
- A 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund for returns.
- The Restocking Fee will be waived for most exchanges.
- Shipping & Handling charges are Non-refundable.
- The price of any missing/damaged parts will be deducted from the refund.
- Any free shipping items returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return.
- Upon arrival at MistCooling Inc's warehouse, all returned items are inspected.
- Your refund or replacement will be processed after we receive, inspect, and verify your return.
- MistCooling Inc. reserves a right to deny credit/exchange if any of the above conditions are not met.
We understand that returning a product can be a hassle, which is why we have made our return process easy for you. You will be able to keep track of your return and receive updates on the status of your refund or replacement. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to help in any way we can.
Security/Privacy Policy
MistCooling, Inc respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website. We will not collect any personally identifiable information about you (i.e. your name, your address, your telephone numbers, or email address) from your use of our website unless you provide it to us voluntarily. You provide us personal information when you submit an online form for purposes such as creating an account or requesting a catalog. Our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or email address.
Any personally identifiable information obtained with your permission may be used to contact you for business or marketing purposes. However, we will not provide that information to third parties. It is your responsibility to keep MistCooling, Inc's user IDs and passwords that access your MistCooling, Inc account information confidential. Notify MistCooling, Inc to change your MistCooling, Inc account password. In some cases, we may collect information about your IP addresses to help identify and analyze trends and statistics, and to help improve the content of our web page. This information is only used for the business purposes of MistCooling, Inc.

Shipping Policy
Our primary shipping companies are FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We may use DHL along with other freight carriers on an occasional basis. We have multiple pick-up times scheduled throughout the day. To fulfill your order faster, our shipping department will select the best carrier depending on what time of day your order is placed. Based on order volume, orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will most likely be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. “Next-day” orders placed on Friday will normally arrive on the next business day- Monday. If Saturday delivery is required Contact us HERE. The above delivery times apply to In-Stock items only. Custom-built products may require additional lead times.
Free Shipping
Orders over $49.99 qualify for Free Shipping which applies to customers in the Continental USA (48 States). MistCooling Inc. will pay for shipping up to $100.00. The customer will be notified and billed if the shipping charges exceed $100.00. The free shipping offer cannot be combined with any other discounts. Free shipping may be limited to select products and website promotions. All free shipping items are shipped via the Standard shipping method.
The free shipping option does NOT apply to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or international customers. There may be extra shipping fees to these destinations. If your order requires additional shipping charges, our customer service rep will contact you and notify you before processing your order.
Order Online-Pick Up in a Store
It's simple and free. Local customers can place their orders online and pick them up at our store in Brookshire, Texas. Simply choose "Pick Up in Store" during checkout. Allow 1 business day for order processing. Please contact us and set up an appointment if you would like to pick up your products on the same day. Please note: You will need to complete payment during checkout through the website. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation page and the credit card used for payment so that we can verify your order.
International Shipping
The free shipping option does not apply to international customers. Mistcooling.com's website calculates international shipping charges based on the country chosen at checkout. Note that additional shipping charges may apply for some products. Our customer service rep will contact you via the email provided on your order and notify you of any additional international shipping charges. Delivery times may vary for each country as different shipping carriers, and customs clearance processes may affect the product delivery. Please note that quoted shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, insurance, and transportation charges. We shop multiple carriers to find you the most economical shipping option.
Mistcooling does not cover any costs or fees associated with customs, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. for international shipping. We are unable to calculate what those costs will be. Normally, the carrier will contact the buyer and inform them of the additional charges. The buyer is responsible for paying those costs through the carrier's preferred method. If a buyer refuses to pay or does not respond to the carrier, the buyer will be liable for all costs, charges, and/or damages related to returned or abandoned shipments.
International Shipping Duties & Fees Policy
When placing an order with our company for delivery outside of the United States, please be aware of the following: All international orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees charged at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any and all duties, taxes, or fees required by their country in order to receive the shipment.
Failure to pay these fees may result in your package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs. We ship your order to the international address provided at checkout, but we do not control or influence the customs process in your country. Our company will not be responsible for any customs delays, additional charges, or the refusal of a shipment by customs authorities.
Customs policies vary by country, and we encourage you to check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
If your package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, standard terms of our return policy will apply. We will provide partial refund, after deducting 25% restocking fees and shipping & handling costs. If any items are damaged or missing during customs inspection, refund will not be provided for those items. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and related fees required by your country.

Shipping Costs
We do not profit from shipping. Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping method you select (Standard, Ground, Priority, or Next Day). Shipping costs are calculated by the website automatically during checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing and the distance it has to travel. We sometimes offer free shipping in select categories or free shipping site-wide. The Mistcooling website calculates shipping charges based on items picked during the checkout process. Note that additional shipping charges may apply for some oversized products. Our customer service rep will contact you and notify you of any additional international shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and tracking the parts sent to Mistcooling for warranty, repairs, returns, or exchanges.
APO/FPO Addresses
For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express shipping methods are currently unavailable for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments.
Canceling an Order

Backorders
If an item goes on back order we may ship you the part of your order that is in stock. We will ship you the rest of your order once the parts are available. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We may also fulfill the entire order with a product of equal or better quality with the same performance and function. Our customer service rep will contact you and explain the upgraded features of the replaced item. This will allow us to fulfill your order faster.
Using your own FedEx, UPS, or DHL account
MistCooling, Inc. allows buyers to use their own FedEx, UPS, or DHL accounts through approved purchase orders only. A handling charge of $10.00 will be applied to all orders.
Mistcooling does not allow for other 3rd party shippers/freight carriers.
Shipment of Insecticides
Per regulations, most liquid insecticides cannot be shipped via Air freight. All orders of mosquito insecticides and odor control neutralizers will be shipped via ground transportation regardless of expedited shipping options selected during checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. Our systems will automatically ship to the address provided on the order. MistCooling Inc. is not liable for any lost shipment due to an incorrect shipping address on your order. If your package is returned to our facility marked as "UNDELIVERABLE", we will contact you via email to re-verify the shipping address. You may be billed for re-shipment even if your original order qualified for free shipping. If you wish to cancel your order at that time, the terms of our return policy will apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipment
We take proper care in packaging each shipment. However, please note that once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over it. If you have received a damaged shipment, notify the delivery driver immediately or refuse the package. MistCooling Inc. should be notified within 48 hours if you have received parts that were damaged during shipment. You may file a claim to the appropriate carrier for compensation. Likewise, if tracking information shows your package delivered and you cannot locate it, contact the appropriate shipping carrier.

Missing or Incorrect Items
Please check all items upon arrival of your package immediately. MistCooling, Inc should be notified within 48 hours if your shipment consists of incorrect or missing items. This is a rare scenario but we will ship the missing parts after verification from our shipping department. Please retain all original shipping boxes and shipping labels.
