Job Summary:

Join our team as a Customer Service & Technical Support Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers with troubleshooting, installation guidance, and product inquiries related to our misting systems. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional Customer service & technical support via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot misting system issues, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to address recurring technical challenges and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using the company's CRM system.
  • Stay informed about product updates, technical specifications, and industry trends to provide expert support.
  • Assist in creating and updating technical support materials, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
  • Educate customers on the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of misting systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while ensuring follow-ups for customer satisfaction.
  • Improve Sales by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of misting systems, including installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to simplify technical concepts for customers.
  • Proven experience in technical support or customer service within a related industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • A continuous learning mindset to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product advancements.

Job Details:

  • Full-time role, with standard business hours (occasional evening/weekend support may be required).
  • Opportunity for on-site visits for troubleshooting and installation support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, product development, and customer service) to enhance customer experience.
  • Utilize various support tools and systems to efficiently assist customers.

  • Response time to customer inquiries.
  • Customer satisfaction ratings and feedback.
  • First-call resolution rate.
  • Technical issue resolution metrics (daily/weekly/monthly).
