Our primary shipping companies are FedEx and USPS. We may use UPS and DHL along with other freight carriers on occasional basis. We have multiple pick up times scheduled throughout the day. To fulfill your order faster, our shipping department will select the best carrier depending on the time of the day your order is placed. Based on order volume, orders placed after 1:00PM CST are most likely to be processed next day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer Four methods for shipping your orders from MistCooling.com: ( USA - 48 states only)
Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Contact us for Saturday Delivery option. Above delivery times apply to In-Stock items only. Custom built products may require additional lead times.
Orders over $99.00 qualify for Free Shipping which applies to customers in USA (48 States) only. MistCooling Inc will pay for shipping up to $100.00. Shipping charges occurred in excess of $100.00 will be notified and billed to the customer. Free shipping offer cannot be combined with any other discounts. Free shipping may be limited to select products and website's promotions. All free shipping items are shipped via Standard shipping method.
Order Online-Pick Up in a Store
It's simple and free. Local customers can place their orders online and pick up at our only store location in Houston, Texas. Simply choose "Pick Up in a Store" during checkout. Allow 1 business day for order processing. Please contact us and set up an appointment if you would like to pick up your products same day. Please note: You will need to complete payment during check out through the website. Please bring copy of your order confirmation page and credit card used for payment so that we can verify your order.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and US Territories
Free shipping option does not apply to customers in Alaska and Hawaii and US Territories. There may be extra shipping fee to these destinations. If your order consists of additional shipping charges, our customer service rep will contact you and notify you of those charges before processing your order.
Free shipping option does not apply to international customers. Mistcooling.com website calculates international shipping charges based on country picked during check out process. Note that additional shipping charges may apply for some products. Our customer service rep will contact you via email provided on your order and notify you of any additional international shipping charges occurred. Delivery times may vary for each country as different shipping carriers, customs clearance process may affect the product delivery. You may contact us via email email@example.com before placing your order to get most accurate shipping rate and delivery duration for your home country. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a PayPal invoice. You can also send payment via bank wire transfer. Please note that quoted shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, insurance and transportation charges. We shop multiple carriers to find you most economical shipping option.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online websites:
We do not profit from shipping. Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping method you select (Standard, Ground, Priority or Next Day). Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing and distance it has to travel. We sometimes offer free shipping in select categories, or free shipping site-wide.
For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 1-888-493-59671 / 888-493-5967 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy at this time.
If an item goes on back order we may ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We may also choose fulfill the entire order with product of equal or better quality that has the same performance and function. Our customer service rep will contact you and explain the upgraded features of the replaced item. For example, if standard brass nozzles are in backorder, we may upgrade you to same brass nozzles with nickel plated coating at no extra charge. These nozzles are exactly same nozzles in terms of size and performance but it has additional rust protective coating and usually cost more than the standard brass nozzles. This will allow us to fulfill your order faster.
Using your own FedEx , UPS or DHL account
MistCooling, Inc allows use of your own FedEx, UPS or DHL accounts through approved purchase orders only. Handling charge of $10.00 will be applied to all orders.
Shipment of Insecticides
Per regulations, most liquid insecticides cannot be shipped via Air freight. All orders of mosquito insecticides and odor control neutralizers will be shipped via ground transportation regardless of expedited shipping options selected during checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address during check out. Our systems will automatically ship to the address provided on the order. If you are using PayPal account, please verify/update your shipping address on your PayPal account. MistCooling Inc is not liable for any lost shipment due to incorrect shipping address on your order. If your package is returned back to our facility marked as "UNDELIVERABLE", we will contact you via email to re-verify the shipping address. You may be billed for re-shipment even if your original order qualified for free shipping. If you wish to cancel your order at this time, terms of our return policy will apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipment
We take proper care in packaging each shipment. However, please note that once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over it. If you have received a damaged shipment, notify delivery driver immediately or refuse the package. MistCooling, Inc should be notified within 48 hours if you have received parts that are damaged during shipment. You may file a claim to appropriate carrier for compensation. Likewise, if tracking information shows your package delivered and you are not able to locate it, contact appropriate shipping carrier.

Missing or Incorrect Items
Please check all items upon arrival of your package immediately. MistCooling, Inc should be notified within 48 hours if your shipment consists of incorrect or missing items. This is a rare scenario but we will ship the missing parts after verification from our shipping department. Please retain all original shipping boxes and shipping labels.
