Type M
mini Brass or stainless steel miniature spray nozzles
are a perfect solution where small size, accurate flow
rates, very fine atomization and low cost are desired.
1/8" NPT male thread in flow rates from 1.00 through
15.0 GPH. Type M (80° spray angle) and the wide angle
version, Type MW (160° spray angle) find applications
installations as green houses, industrial and residential
humidifying and poultry and hog cooling and misting of
all types.

Description

Originally
designed for use with home power spray humidifiers, these
nozzles produce the finest possible atomization with direct
water pressure operation. Minimum operating pressure is
40 psi but increasingly finer droplets result from higher
operating pressures. Flow rates are tested and calibrated
at 40 psi, water.Standard spray angle is 70°. The
extremely fine atomization of the Type B nozzle has resulted
in it’s adoption for many uses where fine atomization
and precise flow rates are required such as evaporative
cooling, humidification, moistening and misting.

Many nozzles
are good for spraying liquids, but for a positive drop-less
after shut-off , you need Type # 4023, This nozzle is
ideal to the industry and is the solution when a positive
shut off with absolutely no after drip is needed. The
#4023 nozzle is the perfect solution when after drip could
damage or destroy things beneath the nozzle. Chemicals,
insecticides and even plain water, if allowed to drip,
can foul the environment and kill or injure poultry birds,
livestock, seedlings or industrial materials.This exclusive
design produces a fine mist with a precisely controlled
flow rate and spray angle, but also with a liquid cut-off
at the orifice, while maintaining supply pressure in the
system. This assures sputter free start ups and no entry
of air into the system during the off cycle. With this
nozzle there is no need to install costly individual in-line
check valves.Standard flow rate is 0.59 GPH @ 100 psi
to 1.33 GPH @ 500 psi , water. Spray angle: 70°degree.

Type ASW series
of air operated nozzles provide very fine atomization
at higher flow rates ranging from 1 to 900 GPM when used
with water and compressed air. Available in three different
flow rate ranges, they are commonly used for gas cooling,
scrubbing and various industrial processes. The ASLW offers
flow rates of from 1 - 4 GPM, the ASMW from 5 - 10 GPM
and the ASHW from 12 - 15 GPM. These nozzles achieve finer
atomization and with lower compressed air consumption
than competitive nozzles. Their 5:1 turndown ratio and
total spray angle fluctuation of only 5° provides
a very wide range of acceptable performance. |

The Type RFLW
return flow or spill back nozzles are offered in flow
rates of 50 GPH to 300 GPH on water @ 300 psi. These nozzles
offer a means to vary flow rates with constant supply
pressure over a turn down range of 5:1 by returning or
by-passing some of the liquid from the nozzle’s
interior, back to the incoming liquid’s reservoir.
When the by-pass line is closed the nozzle acts as a simplex
nozzle, delivering it’s rated capacity. A unique
feature of these nozzles is their ability to maintain
a small change in spray angle (10°) across the entire
operating range. The RFLW nozzles allow an accurate and
predictable flow rate due to linear and uniform relationships
between spill back pressure and orifice flow. Standard
material of construction is type 316 stainless steel. |

entirely (except for filtration materials) of a special
high chrome, heat and corrosion resistant stainless steel.
Our quality control program is second to none -- every
nozzle is oil-tested for uniform flow rate, spray angle,
spray concentricity, spray balance and spray quality.
Simplex nozzles are available in various spray patterns
and flow rates ranging from .40 to 120.0 GPH in standard
sizes and angles. Special flow rates, angles and materials
are also available on request. |

Also known
as "variable flow" nozzles, these are nozzles
capable of producing turndown ratios of 4:1. these by-passing
nozzles (Type BPS) are unique in that they maintain a
very steady spray angle across the entire turndown range.
Other brands often vary as much as 15 degrees from open
to closed by-pass line. Additionally, our nozzles produce
a straight line "Curve" of pressure vs. flow,
thereby allowing an enhanced control of flow modulation. |
